VINEYARDS LOCATION: Sicily region, Siracusa province, 10 km from Avola village
GROWING SYSTEM: espalier spurred cordon/Gujot espalier
CLIMATE: typically Mediterranean, mild autumns and winters/scented and ventilated springs/dry and very hot summers
HARVEST: strictly selected in the vineyard and then handpicked when grapes are at their best quality
VINIFICATION: the grapes are destemmed and then left for maceration; then put in stainless steel containers for fermentation at controlled temperature; the whole process is very carefully checked all the time; then maturation in oak barrels

SCENT: very intens and rich perfumes
TASTE: full taste, very well structured, harmonious and persistent
