課程特色: 深入了解冷發酵流程，學習設計商業流程包括生產工藝、物流、儲存及包装的整合。實習製作芝加哥深盤披薩。

The training course consists of 3 sections, each section consists of 60 minutes, located in Hung To Road, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong (5 minute walk from Kwun Tong MTR). Adminission fee is HKD3600 per person including material cost. Study theory of cold fermentation and integration of production, logistic, storage and packing. Practice of Chicago deep pan pizza also inlcuded.

Student can apply advanced certificate by finishing a writing and a practical test.
