What is the shipping cost?
Shipping cost for China, Hong Kong and Macau are free. For international delivery, the system will automatically calculate the courier cost and local import tax for custom clearance. The total product and material landing cost will be showed in the check out point.
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. Please, contact us by email if there is any special request.
Can I see the product in sight?
We are developing our network of resellers. Send us an email for this enquiry.
What forms of payments are accepted?
We accept most popular international payment method such as VISA, MASTER, PAYPAL.... Please, check our payment option in the check out point.
How long will it take you to ship my order?
Please allow 15 business days for order processing and manufacturing.
Do I have to pay additional taxes?
No additional tax is applied if you order from within Greater China.
Customers in countries outside China may be subject to import taxes. Please check your country’s import fees before checking out.
Are your shipments registered?
Yes, we ship through most popular courier, so all of the packages have tracking numbers. For heavy item exceed 25kg, we arrange international forwarder. The goods will ship to your nearby warehouse and forwarder will contact you to pick up or appointment door to door delivery. There will be a extra delivery charge in some remote area.
How long it is going to take to be delivered?
It depends of your location and chosen shipping method. Please contact forwarder provieded website tracking system.
Can I return product if I am not happy?
For Hong Kong Customer, if you find that the product is unsuitable please return it in its original condition within 14 days of receipt for either refund or exchange. For international customer, we do not provide return policy at the moment.
How can I track my order and package?
Once your product is shipped out, we will input the forwarder tracking no. in your account. Please, login to your account to check the tracking and you can check the status of the delivery.
Is the dough sheeter good for making puff pastry dough?
Yes. It is designed to laminate dough easily.

Are the product food safe?
Our machine are CE certified with RoHS approval. Dough roller and sheeter are NSF listed
How can I to become a reseller agent in my country?
