課程特色: 了解不同的食材配搭及加上不同的面團制作工藝製作不同風格的披薩, 完成學習可參加考試，考試及格可報名高班課程。

The training course consists of 3 sections, each section consists of 60 minutes, in Hung To Road, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong (5 minute walk from Kwun Tong MTR). Adminission fee is HKD2400 per person including material cost. This course is concentrating on ingredient, topping material and dough structure and pizza hand stretching. Student need to have basic knowledge of pizza making before admission to the course.

Student can apply intermediate certificate by finishing a writing and a practical test. After having the certificate, student can proceed to advanced level course.
